Ownership & Care

By booking your dog walk or other service with Lil Luka Dog Walks, you confirm that:

​

  • You are the legal owner of the dog or have permission from the legal owner to arrange walks or a service.

  • You will comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding dog ownership and care.

  • You hold and will maintain all necessary licenses and consents for your dog.

  • Your dog wears a clearly identifiable collar or tag at all times.

  • Your dog will be equipped with a safe, functional collar and leash suitable for walking, and compliant with any applicable standards.

  • You will ensure your dog has access to clean, fresh water.

  • Your dog is healthy, fit for walks, and up-to-date with all legally required vaccinations.

Client Responsibilities

​

  • My dog has never displayed aggression, fear-based reactivity, or dangerous behaviour.

  • All information I provide about my dog and household is accurate and truthful.

  • I will ensure safe, clear, and easy access to my home and dog.

  • I understand additional charges may apply for additional travel, after-hours, or public holiday services.

  • I acknowledge that while Lil Luka Dog Walks aims to assign a consistent primary walker, other qualified walkers may be used when necessary.

Services & Payment

​

  • I agree to pay in accordance with the invoice terms provided via the client portal.

Cancellations

​

  • Regular clients: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the full rate will apply.

  • Casual clients: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or the full rate will apply.​

By ticking the box and submitting the New Client Signup Form, You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
