We like to make getting started simple, personal, and tailored to you and your dog.

1. Tell us a little about you and your dog

Start by completing our New Client Sign-Up Form. This gives us some initial information about your dog, your routines, and the type of support you're looking for.

2. Have a complimentary consultation with Billy

Once we've received your details, you'll have the opportunity to book a complimentary consultation with Billy. It's a chance to talk about your dog, discuss your needs, ask any questions, and make sure we're the right fit.

3. We'll guide you through the next step

Every dog and every service is different, so we'll recommend the most appropriate next step based on what you're looking for.

​

For dog walking clients, this includes an Assessment Walk with your local primary walker before regular walks begin. This gives your dog the opportunity to meet their walker and allows us to understand their personality, behaviour, walking style, and individual needs.

​

For dog training and pet sitting, we'll discuss the appropriate introduction and next steps during your consultation.
